QiGi a China-based company has released a SmartBook U1000 mobile Internet device (MID) that is running on Windows Mobile 6.1 OS. It comes with a large 5-inch 16:9 touchscreen LCD with a 480 × 800 pixels resolution, a 624MHz processor and a digital camera. Of course it features a Wifi connectivity. No pricing and availability info at the moment.
